CARMEN is a dance project, starring Royal Ballet prima Natalia Osipova (certainly one of the most incredible dancers alive and according to The Telegraph, one of the 12 greatest ballerinas of all time) partnered by the English National Ballet principal dancer Isaac Hernández and directed by world-renowned choreographer Didy Veldman.
'Osipova is simply 'nonpareil' as a woman crushed by fame and violent male jealousy'.
The famous story that they have been re-enacting is slowly entering their everyday lives. Using hilarious quick changes, the dancers move in and out of character, making reality less certain.

With strong physical movement language, theatricality and a quirky sense of humour, this production bursts with energy and shines a new light on multi-award winning Natalia Osipova.
